These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Merry Wraps online store and your purchase of any products offered through it. By accessing our store or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our store.

Merry Wraps is a business based in the United States. Our products are available to customers in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, and Canada.

Merry Wraps sells gift wrapping paper. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time without notice.

4. Ordering & Payment

When you place an order through our store, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product(s) at the listed price. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.

All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Checkout. By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge to your selected payment method. All prices are listed in USD. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout depending on your location.

Merry Wraps is the seller and merchant of record for all purchases. Shopify is not a party to the transaction between you and Merry Wraps and bears no responsibility for your order, payment, or fulfillment.

5. Shipping & Fulfillment

Merry Wraps fulfills all orders through a third-party supplier based in China. Estimated shipping times are 7–10 business days from order confirmation. Delivery timelines may vary based on your location, customs processing, and external carrier factors beyond our control.

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. Merry Wraps is not liable for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect address information provided by the customer.

6. Returns & Refunds

All return and refund requests are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Return & Refund Policy before placing an order.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Merry Wraps store, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, product descriptions, images, and copy, is the intellectual property of Merry Wraps and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without our express written permission.
